This being a newly added vertical, we have recently undertaken projects for the construction of administrative buildings on an EPC basis, which typically include activities such as: site development and excavation, structural works (Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) works for foundations, plinth beams, footings, superstructure, and brick masonry walls with internal and external plaster, ) internal layout and finishing, joinery & railings, landscaping, plumbing & sanitation, electrical & fire safety, rainwater harvesting & drainage, etc.
