Gurunanak’s Langar:

Company undertakes to fulfil its CSR obligation by constructing Gurunanak’s Langar at 5-5-29, Hotel Manor, Kranti
Chowk, Chhatarapati Sambhajinagar 431005. The project is implemented through Trust Dharti Social Welfare Foundation. Company agreed to provide or make available funds, consumables or goods, assets or combination thereof for developing, implementing, executing, conducting, coordinating and carrying out
above CSR activity.

 

Objectives:


*Eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition, promoting health care including preventive health care and making available safe drinking water.

 


*Promoting gender equality and reducing inequalities faced by socially and economically backward groups.

 

*Empowerment of Women and People with Disabilities by providing employment opportunities to physically challenged or disable people to motivate them and boost their confidence.
*To provide food to everyone who need it irrespective of their caste, class, religion and gender.
*All the food is free, simple, nourishing and nutritious and is offered to anyone  and everyone.
*The idea of Langar has proven to be life-saving for a lot of people. Preparing the Langar gives a powerful message of unity and ‘Sewa’ (service). Sharing the Sewa by helping each other out and then serving food to strangers with eyes full of compassion, the children and the adults constantly learn the lessons of humanity, equality and love.

Apprenticeship training:

*To promote successful training and skill transfer to young generations.
*The Company provides on the job training, practical training at our workplace and
worksites to freshers and apprentice.
